At Drunk Decor, we work hard to make sure your one-of-a-kind pieces arrive safely and promptly. Every item is packaged by hand using durable, eco-conscious materials to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

📍 Shipping Location

We ship from Middlesex, New Jersey, United States and currently offer both domestic and international shipping to select countries. If your location isn’t available at checkout, feel free to reach out.

🚚 Shipping Rates

• Shipping is calculated at checkout, and a $15 handling and packaging fee applies to all orders.
• No free shipping available at this time
• Duties and taxes for international orders may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

We use a double box method to safely ship glass products, which increases packaging costs — this added protection is reflected in the shipping rate.

⏱ Processing Times

All pieces are made to order or hand-prepped. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing.

• Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

📦 Packaging

All glassware and decor are securely wrapped and shipped using a double-box method with protective padding to reduce breakage risk in transit.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item. We’ll work with you to replace or refund the item depending on the situation.

How long until I get my order?

Orders ship in 2–4 business days. Delivery within the US takes 3–7 business days; international orders can take 1–3 weeks depending on your location.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please double-check your info! If there’s an error, contact us ASAP. Once a package ships, we can’t reroute it.
